The Nomadic Chef, Karl Nicholson, previous owner of Olive and Grape, household name in the Liverpool, UK's culinary scene since 2017. Housed in a landmark building, the classic atmosphere was effortlessly juxtaposed with the cuisine, which boasted traditional local dishes with a contemporary twist. At the helm of it all is our award-winning and multi talented chef. Known for employing innovative, cutting-edge cooking techniques which are used in the meticulous execution of each dish.
